I can’t get my sound bar to work

For questions about your soundbar can't work, please check the following:
1, Can Soundbar boot normally? If it cannot be turned on, you can send it to our after-sales repair center for free repair or replacement.
2. Is your device (such as a TV) setting the output channel correctly? Please follow the interface settings you actually access to the soundbar, please leave your email address for channel setting problems, and we will send you detailed instructions.
If the above steps do not fix your problem, you can leave your email address and send the product to our repair service center.
A 12-month worry-free warranty is granted, after 12 months, we also provide free repair service but will charge a small spare parts cost.
